With 15+ years of experience in content production, strategy, localization, and project management, I’ve worn many hats, all within the same organization, collaborating closely with creative, marketing, sales, customer support, and international teams. I’ve also had the joy of developing educational animated content in Spanish, which has fueled my passion for making complex ideas engaging and accessible. What drives me most is bringing projects to life in a way that not only supports business goals but generates a tangible and lasting impact on society.

-Exponential growth of the Hispanic Market in the U.S. and Latin America through the production and localization of over 1,000 short films, quizzes, readings and other educational activities, for an educational platform. My work has impacted over 6 Million students and more than 15,000 teachers in the US, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, and Peru, amongst others.

-Design, creation, and management of a newsletter with tips and free educational material to support teachers and parents during the lockdown in March 2020, gaining over 20,000 subscribers in the first week and contributing to platform adoption by more than 60% of schools in the USA and Latin America.

CONTENT CREATION MANAGER

  • Strategically planning and coordinating the creation and localization of educational and cultural content at the headquarters in NYC, focusing on LATAM and making a broad regional impact.

  • Oversee content production workflows from start to finish—bringing together cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop engaging, locally relevant site content that helped grow our Spanish-speaking user base significantly.

  • Drive copywriting initiatives for Spanish-speaking audiences across marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social media, collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to help build a vibrant, engaged educator community.

  • Developed and maintained the language strategy for Spanish content, offering regular feedback to ensure tone of voice, style, and best practices were followed—contributing to the recognition for high-quality localization.

  • Oversee the translation and localization processes, collaborating with internal and external translators, animators and voice actors across different time zones always keeping things running smoothly and on schedule.

  • Maintained clear communication with stakeholders to align content priorities, gather input from other teams, resolve conflicts, and support agile decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage the LATAM content budget, coordinating with global priorities and adjusting funds to support the region’s unique needs.

  • Responsible for the Spanish versions of the website and mobile application, ensuring the correct functionality and content translation providing a great, easy and engaging user experience.
